Happy Vulva Club - The Vulva Circle

The below form shall collect initial information about you and your field of work that you wish to offer to become a member of The Vulva Circle.

Once we receive your application, we aim to get back to you within 2 weeks to let you know whether your application has been successful. Disclaimer: Applying to become a member does not automatically guarantee you a place as a member of The Vulva Circle.

All members will be listed on our website www.happyvulvaclub.com, with name of member/business, social media handle, location and working field. Contact email (optional).

Becoming a member of The Vulva Circle will give you the opportunity to communicate with our community through our newsletter, 'In Vulva News', regarding updates within your field of work or business. Once updates have been submitted, they will be reviewed before being added to our newsletter. We hold the right to decline updates if we do not feel that they are in line with our ethos or if they do not meet our guidelines.

Our newsletter will be sent out to our mailing list and appear on our website. 

For GDPR purposes, this form will ask you for your consent for the information you provide, to be stored by Jody Coyle (Founder of Happy Vulva Club) and used only in the ways you give permission for. Your data will never be sold to any third parties. 

To protect the safety of our members, we advise people to NOT share any personal email addresses, social media profiles and contact details. We instead recommend business-only social media pages, websites, and email addresses. 

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing happyvulvaclub@gmail.com and you shall be removed from our database and mailing list.
