Join us to learn some basic Yoga moves to do with your children. Yoga is a great way to help children deal with stressful moments by connecting them to calming experiences. Save the date: Thursday, Oct. 22, 10:30 - 11:00am. Complete the registration form, and we'll email you a Zoom link to the class on Monday, Oct. 19. Be sure to dress comfortable. We encourage you to share this activity with your child. We want this class to remain small so everyone can see each other and have a chance to connect. Space is limited and registration is required.
