Zion Christmas For Kids Registration Form
This is the online form that we ask all families to complete in order to register for Zion's 2022 Christmas for Kids. This event will take place on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 at Zion Lutheran Church from 9:00 am -11:30 am.  We are inviting children from 4 years - 5th grade to join us in learning about the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of our Savior.  The information that you fill out helps us have a better understanding of how we can serve the families that attend and how many children we will be serving. If you have multiple children you would like to register please answer all the questions on this page first and then continue to register any additional children on the next page(s).
