For all students new to Scott College, it is essential that you send photographic evidence of your results to info@scottcollege.co.uk along with completion of this form.

Completing this form as accurately as possible will enable us to place you on the correct pathway, there is space for GCSEs, vocational qualifications like BTEC and an open box at the end to capture all those other qualifications.

Entry grades for our three Post-16 pathways are as follows.

Health Sciences Pathway - 5 GCSE Grade 4s inc. Maths and English.
Advanced Level Pathway - 5 GCSE Grade 5s inc. 6s in the subjects you'd like to study (where appropriate).
