Sacred Silence Volunteer Participant Registration
"Sacred Silence" is a Make or Break series where participants will challenge themselves to meditate daily for six weeks! Meditation is known to bless its practitioners with countless benefits, such as productivity boosts, immune system rejuvenation, decreased anxiety, and increased mindfulness and emotional intelligence. In this challenge, participants will aim to acquire the aforementioned by meditating daily, at the time of their pleasing - 10 minutes the first two weeks, 15 the following two, and the iconic 20 over the last two weeks. Every week, they will be required to fill out a Google Form asking for a general update on their state (physical, mental, emotional) and progress with building this habit.
You may choose to drop out of the challenge at any point - it's a challenge!
