Parents/Guardians Only: Complete the form below to request an absence from a performance or rehearsal.

You will be emailed a response to your request (excused or unexcused).

Unexcused absences from a rehearsal or performance will result in lowered grade in that area. No make-up assignments are given for unexcused absences.

Excused absence from a performance will result in a make-up assignment being given to the student. A director must be notified as soon as possible.  Examples of excused absences are: severe illness, death in the family, participation in a school event that has been excused by the band directors in advance. Regular work shifts, spectating at school events, etc. are not an excused absence.
