I have given correct and appropriate information about myself, medical history, injuries, health issues etc.  I have given correct information about my Ashtanga yoga experience and practice.   I will be sensitive to other practitioners and other people at the venue and will act in the spirit of yoga to the best of my ability, during the London Ashtanga guided self-practice week/s.  I am happy to receive adjustments and guidance in the Ashtanga yoga method and will respectfully let the teacher know if I would prefer not to have assistance.  I acknowledge that the emphasis of the week/s will be on the physical asana practice and voluntarily participate, with full knowledge that there could be a risk of personal injury (for which I am responsible).  I take full accountability for myself and my belongings and will act respectfully and responsibly during this/these Ashtanga guided self-practice week/s.  I will not damage or remove anything from the venue that is not mine and will adhere to covid-safe and heath and safety procedures.  I will take care of my personal hygiene and will bring/use my own mat and adjustment towels and dress appropriately (wear full length top and shorts/leggings that cover at least the top of the legs).  Places are booked once payment is received in full. Refunds only if week is cancelled by venue (eg because of government covid restrictions). If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find a suitable replacement to practise in your stead. Alternatively, if more than one month's notice is given, we will try to move you to a future London Self-Practice Week.
