-Participants must bring a health form to the weekend in order to participate.

-Participants must have their dues paid to attend the event. Please reach out prior to the event if your are unsure if your dues are paid ($25)

-Participants must pay the weekend fee at registration in order to attend the event. ($25)

-During the event, all participants must camp in or by one of the hill campsites (Black Hawk, Mohawk, Lenape, Iroquois, Catawba, Shawnee, and Paiute). Camping anywhere else is prohibited unless authorization was given by the Key 3.

-Participants under the age of 18 are not permitted to leave camp during the weekend without permission from the Lodge Staff Advisor, Lodge Advisor, or Health Lodge Officer (If leaving camp is needed for a medical reason). If permitted to leave camp, you must sign in and sign out in the Rohbacher Office.

-Quiet hours begin at 11:00pm and end at 6:00am. Please be considerate to your fellow Arrowman trying to rest for an exciting day of fellowship and cheerful service.
