Full proposal check (FPC) events offer a chance to improve the quality of project proposals based on feedback from experienced external experts and national contact points (NCPs). These events aim to transfer useful knowledge and increase proposers' chances for funding.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

As a special service for the Robotics topics of the April 2020 deadline, in collaboration with euRobotics, Ideal-ist is offering a combined Proposal Idea Check/Full Proposal Check in 2 steps. Applicants for the topics listed below are offered the possibility to take part in a 2 step process described below for the following topics:
- ICT-46-2020 - Robotics in Application Areas and Coordination & Support
- ICT-47-2020 - Research and Innovation boosting promising robotics applications
- DT-ICT-09-2020 - Boost rural economies through cross-sector digital service platforms
- DT-ICT-12-2020 - AI for the smart hospital of the future

In addition to the Full Proposal Check service organised for all the ICT topics of the April 2020 deadline, proposals for the Robotics topics above are invited to submit their early-stage ideas in advance. They will be invited to discuss their idea with experienced NCPs during a parallel session at the European Robotics Forum (ERF) in Malaga.

Proposals that will go through this Pre-Proposal Check will be offered priority for the later Full Proposal Check in Vienna, where advanced proposal drafts shall be submitted.

Other proposers (i.e. for non-Robotics topics) are invited to express their interest for the FPC using the same form. The other topics covered are listed below:

- DT-ICT-04-2020 - Photonics Innovation Hubs

Following your registration for the Full Proposal Check, you will be contacted by phone for a short interview, after which you will receive your attendance confirmation and further details on how to submit your proposal.

For Idea Check at the ERF, you will be sent a confirmation.
