We collect the information listed above in order to recontact the participants on occasion of possible changes in time, location or agenda and provide statistical aggregated information needed to keep our funding bodies happy.
The information will be treated and accessed in the following manner:
Name - to refer to you in person, if required
Email - to communicate information about the event and ask for feedback after the event
Affiliation and role - to provide generalised statistics to our funder on the nature of our target groups benefiting from the courses and seminars
Questions regarding your experience with various sides of bioinformatics - will be used to select the participants who might benefit the most from this course.
Name of the PI - will be used to select participants for the course if oversubscription occurs.
Dietary information - will be taken into account to provide coffee breaks and lunches that will suit everyone.
We DO NOT provide any of the personalised information (name/email + other fields) to any third party. Only the organisers and the data managers will get to see the full registration information required for smooth logistics of the event and communication with the participants.
We will aggregate statistics for the funding bodies. The check-in sheets provided at the event will be shared with project manager and our funding bodies.
