This year we thought it might be a fun way to engage our community by offering an online session with internationally known teacher, Pessi Feig. Pessi lives in Isreal and has a huge online following showing the humble yet powerful practice that has been shown to us through the Iyengar family. Pessi's postures give a clear indication of the how yoga can be practiced deeply and with purity.
We hope by offering this class online, all our members from our area will be able to join us. Of course, everyone is welcome to join us, not just MCIY members, so do tell your friends - they don't need to stay for the AGM!

EXPERIENCE
You will need to have at least one year's practice with an Iyengar Yoga teacher and be confident with the use of basic props.
VENUE
Of your choosing. A clean, quiet space with good internet. The class can even be joined with your phone, but the camera must be on and we must be able to see you.
Why not get together with some other students and hire a space? Some spaces even have big screens and sound systems! MCIY group will assist you with the cost of this by offering a group price so that you can pay for the hall.
You will each need to fill in the form so that we know who will be there and we can let Pessi know if there are any issues.
