School Technology- Inventory Form (Students)
In an effort to maintain records of all technology that are issued to students, please complete the following form.  

List the 8 digit Asset Tag number that is on the front of your chromebook/device or label on the back. If your label is missing, list the serial number. You can find the serial number by typing ALT + V on the login screen of the chromebook. It will pop up in the top right corner of the screen.
