Age Groups: 8yrs and under 25m all strokes; 9 - 10 yrs 50m all strokes and 100m IM; 11 - 12yrs, 13 - 14yrs, 15 - 16, 17 and over 100m all strokes, 200m IM and 400 IM. Age as at 31st December 2019.
