Thank you for using our online attendance form for reporting your child absent, early dismissals and late arrivals. For all illness related absences, please include the predominant symptoms of illness. Be sure to complete the entire form and press submit when finished. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or higher and a cough and sore throat, please contact your healthcare provider for further guidance. Also, your child needs to be fever free for 24 hours, unaided by fever reducing medication before returning to school. It will not be necessary to also leave a message on our telephone attendance line.
