Rain or shine event. Vendors can be moved inside if there is bad weather.


~Car show is located outside
~Vendors will be located inside and outside the mall (The main traffic is outdoors but you can choose to be indoors if you would like)
~Spaces inside are 8 ft by approx. 5 ft    $45   and      10 ft by 10 ft space outside $55 (business and direct sales vendors)
~Vendors inside and outside must supply your own tables, chairs and canopy if desired
~Food Trucks will be accepted. No permits are needed for the day. Food Trucks spaces are $110. We will accept a variety of food trucks.
~Crafters will receive a $10 discount. To receive this discount all items must be handmade by the person setting up with the items.
~Raffle item of $15 value is required. All proceeds will go to our holiday fund in helping families at Christmas with gifts for their children.
~Electric is available indoors only
~Only one representative per company is allowed. Unless you are with a company that allows more than one representative per event
~Once registration is complete if you are accepted you will be sent an invoice through Square. Once invoice is paid you will be listed below as a confirmed vendor. If more than one representative registers for the event whomever pays first will get the confirmed space.
~Once payment is made there are no refunds for any reason. If you cannot make the event you can find someone within the same company to replace you. All replacements must be reported to us immediately.
~The event begins at 12 pm. Set up begins at 10:30 am. You must be checked in by 11:30 am and set up completed by 12 pm.If you are not checked in by 11:30 you man lose your space.
~You must supply your own tables and chairs.
~We will be handing out swag bags at the event. You can advertise in the 200 swag bags for an additional $30
All items for the swag bags must be sent to PO Box 143 Topton PA 19562 by September 20th.
