January 22 Nonprofit Bylaws Consultation
Thursday, January 22, 2024 (NOTE NEW TIME: 1-3 PM)
1-2 PM: Bylaws presentation
2-3 PM: Private consultation with volunteers

Via Zoom video conferencing. You will be notified of your status soon and provided with a Zoom link closer to the event date. All organizations are welcome to attend the presentation from 1-2 PM, even if consultation slots are full.

Fee: $25 per organization upon acceptance. This fee supports Lawyers Clearinghouse, however if it is difficult to pay, you may forego paying it.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide copies of your most recent bylaws and Articles of Organization to receive a consultation spot. If you do not yet have bylaws, the volunteers will help you draft them during the consultation.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are approved for a consultation, you are expected to attend on January 10 or notify us if you can no longer attend. These are formal appointments, and approved organizations are paired with volunteer attorneys ahead of time. No-shows keep us from assisting other interested organizations on our waitlist.
