Ages:  Grade 7-adult

Location: École Cathedrale - 301 Johnson St., Kingston

Dates and Times:  

Thursdays: 6:00-7:30pm

Sundays: 11:00am-1:00pm

Start: October 12, 2023

End: March 28, 2024

 

Focus on shot and discus, with some weight and hammer turn training. There is no javelin training during the winter.

Cost: $150.00 payable via e-transfer to kingstontfc@gmail.com only.
