Thank you for considering being apart of the Off the Grid Games Team! We require all programmers to fill out a short application and go through a trial period before becoming an OTG Games Programmer. This application accommodates for both Unreal Engine. Please take the time to fill out the application to the best of your knowledge. Good luck!

Overview:
OTG Developers are knowledgeable programmers and/or blueprinters who help make games a reality as well as keeping them up to date.

Basic Requirements:
- 2 years of working with a team
- Be willing to contribute time and effort to game
- Be able to accept constructive criticism
- Be able to discuss matters as a group
- Not discuss development information to outside sources
- Forward-thinker
- Must be able to handle stressful situations in a good manner
- Be willing to offer suggestions in order to better the community
- Have fun and enjoy what you do

Technical Requirements:
- C++ Programming
- 1 Year experience using Unreal Engine
- Net Replication in Unreal Engine
- Steam Integration



Preferred:
- Steam
- Git
- Jenkins
- API Integration
