SBCA Tuition 2020/2021
Summit Baptist Christian Academy follows the Cobb County calendar and weather schedule throughout
the school year. The first day of school is August 17, 2020 and the last day is May 14, 2021.

School hours are from 9am to 12pm for our Wee Ones and Toddlers. Our 2’s program has a 9-noon OR 9-
1pm option. Our 3’s, Pre-K 4’s and Kindergarten are 9am to 1pm.

LB (Lunch bunch) is available daily for our 2’s program, from 12-1pm for an additional $5 per day or you
may choose a 9 am – 1pm class which will include lunch bunch fee at a discounted rate. Student must
bring lunch daily and will eat lunch then play. *We do not offer lunch bunch the first week of school,
Cobb County conference week, the week prior to Christmas break, or the last week of school. Lunch
Bunch tickets may be purchased in a bundle at a discounted rate for you to use as needed if preferred.

Tuition may be paid annually or by using the nine payment installments. Monthly payments are due on
the 1st of each month and late after the 10th of each month. The first payment is due August 1st or first
day of school and the final payment of nine is due April 1st.

The class options are as follows. Please indicate your class preference by FIRST selecting which class AGE and then listing your 1st, 2nd, & 3rd choice of DAYS.
Wee Ones (12 - 17 months): Mon/Wed, 9am - 12noon
Toddlers (18 - 23 months): Mon/Wed, 9am - 12noon
2-yr olds (all 9am - 12 noon)*: Mon/Wed  |  Tues/Thurs  |  Mon/Tues/Thurs  |  Mon-Thurs  
*option to add lunch bunch to 2-yr old classes making it 9am - 1pm

*Children must be the age of the class registered for ON or BEFORE September 1st.
*Children enrolled in 3 & 4 year old classes must be completely potty trained.
*Each new student will be admitted on a probationary basis for 30 school days.
*Older 4s (turning 5 by October 31st) may be accepted in Kindergarten with referral & assessment, but will still need to repeat Kindergarten the following year.

FINANCIAL POLICIES for 2020 - 2021 Academic Year
ADMISSION FEES: Admission fees are paid annually and are non-refundable. SBCA will not accept admission for the following year from students that are behind in their tuition payments or have any unpaid charges

DOCUMENTATION: A copy of the child's Birth Certificate and current Georgia Immunization record MUST be presented at time of registration.

TUITION: Tuition is a yearly rate. For your convenience, you may pay over 9 installments beginning August 1st. Tuition payments will be due August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, & April. Tuition may be paid in full at anytime.

LATE CHARGES: Tuition is due the 1st of the month. A $10 late charge may be added if paid after the 10th. Accounts that are more than 30 days past due are subject to further fees and losing your child's placement in the school. Charges for late pick up and Lunch Bunch appear in the Student Handbook.

WITHDRAWALS: If a child must be withdrawn from SBCA, a parent must give written notice to the Director and clear the account. A 30 day paid notice is required from families who are withdrawing their child/children. The next payment will be expected if a 30 day notice is not provided. Any pre-paid tuition will be refunded within 60 days.
