When/where: May 30th (last day of school) @Urban Air.

A parent or guardian must complete the entire form for their student to attend.

(1 form per student).

This event is coordinated by the PTO to offer a fun way for 5th Graders to celebrate the last day of Elementary school.

Families do not need to be PTO members for their student to attend.
