Auditory Seasoning Research Interest
Interested in participating in future research on Auditory Seasoning?

The experience of what we eat depends not only on taste, but also on other sensory feedback. Perceptual research has shown the potential of altering visual, olfactory, or textural food cues to affect flavor, texture, and satiety. The Auditory Seasoning project aims at changing the sound of eating to alter food perception. This work is a collaboration between Pr. Rébecca Kleinberger from Northeastern University, Pr. Qian Janice Wang from Aarhus University and Akito van Troyer from Berklee College of Music.
