Juneteenth Freedom Parade 2024 Registration
On June 19, 1865, enslaved African Americans in Texas were told they were free. A century and a half later, people across the U.S. continue to celebrate the day, which is now a federal holiday (Juneteenth) . Emancipation day. This was a huge turning point for our nation and everyone involved. 

Our mission is to unite the community and get everyone involved together. We strive to promote freedom for all and we are highlighting all struggles from various groups on this day. 

Come celebrate by entering your Float, Vehicle, Bicycle, Music, Marching Groups, local business and Animals into our community parade to allow for community connections and celebrate Freedom together.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
I/we, the Applicant(s), hereby waive and release any claim that I/ we may have against the  City of Springfield Mo , Greene County City , United community change and or Jordan Valley  Park, Or any of its officers or members arising out of and as a result of and as a result of my participation in this parade. 

I/we agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Jordan Valley Park , United Community Change , the city of Springfield, and Greene County Harmless from and against all claims, losses, and liabilities arising out of personal injuries, including death and damage to property caused by the applicant and its participants. 

I/we further agree that all lawful orders from the Parade Committee or Springfield Police Department assisting with the event shall be followed . I/we agree that no dogs will march in the parade, with the exclusion of service animals. 
By submitting this online application I agree that I will be held responsible for all agreements and city safety precautions and to the best my ability act in the best interest of the community and United Community Change by displaying good behavior during this event. 
Selecting is equivalent to Signature of Applicant.
