Agreement on the Use of Personal Data
This Registration form is hosted on a Google Drive and requests the following personal data: title, name, (project) affiliation and involvement in standardization communities, address of your institution and e-mail address.

This data is needed by the University of Connecticut as meeting host and the COMBINE coordinators for organizational purposes, and for creating accompanying material for the “COMBINE 2023”. This includes an electronic abstract book as well as a list of participants. The list of participants distributed will contain: Title, name, organization and e-mail address. The list of participants is collected and distributed to facilitate the exchange between the conference participants. The list will also be published online for further reference.

I agree that the University of Connecticut and the COMBINE coordinators can use my contact details for contacting me after the meeting for organizing follow-up events.

Screenshots and photos taken at the conference, especially the conference group photo, might be published on the internet as well as in printed material documenting the conference. With this signature I agree to this. If participating virtually and you do not want to be photographed please switch off your webcam.

Video or audio recordings might be performed during the conference and published via the internet (conference website, YouTube etc.). With registering to this event, I acknowledge that I was informed about the right to revoke this consent at any time. In case you revoke your consent, the University of Connecticut and the meeting organizers will remove the images and videos on all sites where they have access to. In case internet users have further shared or copied the media on the internet or elsewhere the University of Connecticut will not be able to remove those copies. The possibility to revoke the consent does also not apply for already distributed or already printed material.

Participants that also give a talk or presentation of any form at the event, or share any material through the meeting platform, herewith confirm that he/she holds the full copyright of the material used. The speaker agrees that the University of Connecticut, the COMBINE coordinators and other participants can take video or picture material of the presentation slides and are allowed to share the content.  

I am informed that I can request the deletion of my personal data at any time (except for data that is legally required) unless the data is printed and distributed, like the list of participants or abstract book.
