Leaving Leadership Roles due to Low Morale
If you are a formal library leader who has dealt with or is dealing with low morale (workplace abuse and neglect), and grappled with leaving your role (or is planning to leave the role) due to low morale, please share what signs a) you wished you had heeded more deeply and/or b) would have helped you identify earlier that you should leave.
