Ballys Patch Membership 2022-2023
You are signing up to become a financial member of Balgownie Community Garden for the period July 1 2022-June 30 2023, the fee is $25 per adult over 18yrs per year. We look forward to having you as part of Ballys Patch! 

Ballys Patch Garden Agreement:
• I have read the guidelines of Ballys Patch Community Garden and I will abide by those rules.
• I understand Ballys Patch is an incorporated entity and can request the Ballys Patch guidelines if required.
• If a dispute arises within Ballys Patch, I pledge to settle it with calm discussion and goodwill. If the issue remains unresolved, I will accept the decision of the Ballys Patch Management Committee. 
• Wollongong City Council and Ballys Patch Community Garden are not liable for any injury to me, or the loss of my possessions whilst on the Community Garden site (5a Church Street, Balgownie).
• I will contribute to general site maintenance of shared space where possible, or volunteer my time in other ways such as with marketing and fundraising events and honour the organic gardening principle of Ballys Patch Community Garden.
• My participation in Ballys Patch Community Garden is at my own risk.

*If you are signing up for more than one adult, please use one form per person. (One payment can be made for a couple or family). Membership forms are not required for children under 18years old.

Annual membership fee is $25 (per adult, per year) payable on or before July 1 each year. This fee provides each member with the following benefits:
• Public liability insurance
• Participation in community organic gardening including planting, soil building, composting
• Harvesting of the communal garden beds, food forest and fruit trees;
• Bally Hotel sponsorship card. You will receive a discount of 5% on the cost of any food or drinks
purchased at the bar or bistro at Bally Hotel. A further 5% will go to Ballys Patch.
• Social activities at the garden, including barbeques, morning teas, and special working bees.
