Please fill out the deficiency list immediately to ensure your findings are recorded for future reference. Be sure you include any and all damage noticed, big or small, that happened prior to your move in.

Why is this necessary?

- To prevent charges being assessed to you upon vacating for existing damages
- To provide Domus information in regards to repairs needed
- To note imperfections with the unit/bedroom

Important Note: Requests for replacement of carpet, painting of entire room/unit/premises, new furniture (if applicable) etc. are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of Domus and the Landlord (property owner).
