TERMS• Initial order minimum is $500. The first two orders must be prepaid. Orders will ship once payment is received. Payment for subsequent orders is due upon receipt of the product.
• Orders may be paid via credit card, check, or ACH. Make company checks payable to:

CONDITIONS• Products must not be advertised below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) without express permission from Knafs.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice
• Dealers are authorized to sell Knafs products on their own websites and in their own storefronts. They are not authorized to sell Knafs products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay or other sites without written permission from Knafs. Violation of this policy will result in dealer account suspension.
FREIGHT• Knafs operates on a FOB shipping point, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs from the seller's warehouse to the buyer's destination and assumes all responsibility for goods once shipped.
RETURN POLICY
• Product may be returned if damaged in shipping or deemed defective. All claims must be made within 10 days of receiving product. An RMA must be obtained.
