Career Mentee Application Form
This year, Women in Engineering at Ontario Tech University will be running a VIRTUAL Career Mentorship Program! The program matches 4th year students with a career mentor, who is an engineer currently working in the industry. Note: 3rd year students are able to apply to this program but will only be matched if we have enough mentors!

Only apply to this program if you are willing to commit time and effort to the program. This program is intended for you to learn from an engineer. If you do not come prepared to meetings or do not think about what you want to get out of the program than this will not be beneficial to you. Communication is key!

What is a Career Mentor? Great question!
A career mentor can share information about her own career path, as well as provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modelling. A mentor may help you with exploring career options, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources that will help you along your engineering journey.

Who is eligible?
The Career Mentorship Program is open to all female engineering students in 3rd year and above.
