Hello Tree Tenders Planting Organizers!

The PHS Tree Team invites all group organizers to review the Tree Tenders planting event organizing info session recording and other materials  (below) and then join us for this live Q&A on tbd to cover your specific planning and logistics questions for a fun, safe and memorable community tree planting.

This training is strongly encouraged for Tree Tenders group leaders who have not organized a PHS bare root planting before. Experience organizers welcome to share their lessons learned too or come for a refresher on best practices!

“Homework”: watch this recorded Info Session on Organizing a Community Planting  (~70mins) if you can make time for it to find answers to many of your questions and get your wheels spinning with new ones for the Q&A.  This presentation includes a review of planning and tools checklists and the key steps/logistics to organizing a safe and fun volunteer planting.
