What's this all about?
Zendesk Slack Direct message empowers you to take the live messaging experience and support this within Zendesk messaging, allowing you to utilize the power of Zendesk automation and workflows directly to your internal employees and business partners, without them ever having to leave slack.

This new solution provides you with the freedom to engage your employees and external partners via Slack direct message. Once a message is sent to the Slack handle you have created, this will raise a request within Agent Workspace that can easily be resolved by a team member, freeing up their time to focus on big picture items.
Is this available to everyone?
This is available to all customers that have messaging and channels on suite
This being a feedback release, are there limitations with the product?
This feedback release will only support one handle per work space, once the product is released we will support multiple handles.
What is expected of me?
There are a few things we ask:

1. Help us, during the discovery process, to define requirements and use cases.
2. Provide feedback on this feature and what else you would like to see
3. Report any bugs.
4. Willingness to get it wrong, in order to make it better.
