「有我在」工作體驗計劃
反送中運動經歷大半年，前後超過7,000人被捕，其中大部分為年輕人。這些年輕人，無論是保釋候審中，還是已經被定罪判刑，都承受著極大壓力及無力感。本計劃為這些被捕的年輕人設立工作體驗計劃，為他們提供「後運動」支援，希望通過與專業人士建立同伴關係，使其可就面對的困難獲得意見及支援。

申請者須知INSTRUCTIONS

1. 請在適當方格內加上✔號。Please tick the appropriate boxes.

2. 所填寫的個人資料只會用作參與本計劃活動之用。Personal information obtained from you will be used only for the participation in “the Companion” Work Experience Scheme (“the Scheme”).

3. 本計劃收集的個人資料會於實習完結後的24個月內被銷毀。All personal information collected will be destroyed within 24 months after the internship period.

4. 在處理申請時，本計劃或有需要要求申請人提供相關證明文件及資料。Supporting documents or information may be required if necessary.

5. 除非事前得到你的同意或法律規定，本計劃不會透露你的個人資料予第三者。Except with your prior consent or as required by law, the Scheme will not disclose your personal data to any third parties.
