The Supreme Court is set to decide a momentous reproductive rights case some-time in June 2022, with enormous implications for the country and pending state legislation. Very few people remember, however, the Court's first reproductive rights case, Skinner v. Oklahoma., decided June 1, 1942. This event brings experts together to discuss the legal and historical importance of that decision for the Court's new case including its dark history (eugenics).
