R-5 is no longer accepting referrals for the 2023/2024 school year. This form will resume for the 2024/2025 school year after the beginning of 1st quarter.

We are accepting new learners for the 2024/2025 school year. Our application will open soon and is open to all learners who would like to attend R-5 in the fall. Learners can apply on our website. r5.d51schools.org under the enrollment tab.

We also will be having our registration date for new learners who have not applied by July 1, 2024 being held on July 25, 2024 in person at R-5 High School.
