SAYVA Speaks Blog
SAYVA Speaks is an online blog led by SAYVA teen ambassadors to share experiences, information, and ideas, about the many challenges facing communities here and around the world, and how all of us can make a difference. All SAYVA ambassadors can participate in SAYVA Speaks.

We ask that teens submit blog posts and topics that are creative, interesting and fun to read by other teens. Here are some ideas: 

  • Specific issues (sharing facts and research)

  • A particular service project and what the experience was and what you learned

  • An interview with someone leading or involved with a community organization

  • A profile about a community organization

  • Current events and how it relates to service

Write your blog post in a Google Document. Click "Share" on the top right of your Google Doc. Share your doc with sayvaspeaks@gmail.com, avyas@gwu.edu, and sayvayouth@gmail.com. When you have submitted your blog post, click "Done" in the checkbox below. 

What to include in your blog post:

Required:
1. Title
2. Subtitle
3. Short One Sentence description of your blog post.
4. Featured Image (please include photo credits or URL's where the image was copied from for all images, stock images or images with watermarks are not permitted).
