This interdisciplinary studio course explores intersectional research skills and creative practice with a focus on pre-professional development. Students will extend their training in technical communication, digital humanities, media-making, and project-management to build a portfolio, interview professionals in their chosen fields, design a speaker series, and work collaboratively on a shared technology project. Students meet weekly to showcase their work and complete creative assignments tailored to their disparate majors. Students will also give and receive constructive feedback on their work in progress and implement revisions. Students in this course will be supported in their pursuit Honors Thesis or a capstone research project in their respective majors.
