Thank you for your interest in Rhode Island Teen Institute, an overnight leadership conference for teens entering 10th-12th grade in fall 2024. Teen Institute
will be held at Camp Canonicus in Exeter, RI, Monday, August 12 - Friday, August 16. Upon graduation, youth will be part of an Action Team that returns from TI with a service project to create positive change in their school or community.
All youth participants will be nominated or "sponsored" by an adult who believes the youth participant demonstrates leadership ability or potential. The all-inclusive cost is $25, paid by the applicant's parent/guardian. Scholarships are available.
You are encouraged to sponsor up to 8 youth applicants. Please submit one form per youth applicant. All forms should be submitted by Friday, May 31, 2024, though the application window may close sooner if we reach capacity. Space is limited to 60 youth participants.
