Please find the step by step process for buying a home at Bridge House below:

1) Express your interest using this form;
2) We will confirm your eligibility for our shared ownership scheme;
2) An independent financial advisor (IFA) from a company called Mortgage Warehouse will confirm your affordability. To do this, they will contact you to ask for your income, savings, credit rating, and essential outgoing details to enable them to complete an initial financial assessment;
3) If you are eligible for shared ownership and have passed the initial affordability assessment, you will be contacted in the Summer when the marketing suite opens. An appointment will be made for you to view the show home, floor plans, and ask any questions you may have. Please note that due to high demand, initially only those who have lived or worked in Hackney for at least one year will be invited to view;
4) Now you can apply for a home. When all applications have been received we will prioritise them in line with our priority criteria: bit.ly/2HHrrfq
5) If you are prioritised for a home, we will ask the IFA to complete a full affordability assessment (with the latest values and service charge figures) by confirming your financial details with supporting documents;
6) Once the IFA has confirmed to us that your chosen home is affordable for you, and advised us of the highest share you can afford to buy, we will ask you to reserve the home by completing a reservation form and paying a non-refundable £500 reservation fee.
