Completing this form only expresses interest in volunteering, and does not commit you to any activity or program. Your information will be entered into our volunteer database and a farmers market representative will reach out to review specific opportunities including duties, hours, dates, and times as they arise. We ask that all volunteers commit to a 2 hr. shift. Below are the programs in which we recruit volunteers for:

Power of Produce Kids Club | sign up and check in young market shoppers

Frequent Shopper Program | sign up and check in loyal farmers market shoppers

I understand that I am asking to provide volunteer services to the City, and that the City will not be responsible for any injuries that may be sustained when providing the volunteer activity. Unless the City acts in a negligent manner, I shall assume all liability for my actions, and hold the City of Maple Grove harmless from any and all claims for damages, actions, or causes of action which are in any way connected with the volunteer activities that I am doing.
