SATWC Well-being Conference Partnership/Sponsorship Form 
South Asian & Tamil Women's Collective (SATWC) is excited to be hosting their biggest well-being conference for over 100 young South Asian and Tamil women and gender diverse communities (ages 15 to 30) at the Marriott Hotel in Markham on Saturday, March 23rd. 

We have been creating conferences for several years in York Region, and this year we are having interactive speakers and workshops, a resource and job fair, and complimentary headshot photos for participants. 

Interested in getting involved! We have 2 opportunities for you to support the well-being conference. 

1. Partner: Reserve a table to share community resources or employment/volunteer opportunities. Partners are asked to join us from  9:00 am to 2:00 pm for the resource fair. 

2. Sponsor: Donate goodies for 150 swag bags or giveaways for raffle prizes 

Items for swag bags can be: beauty products, candy and snacks, gift cards, coupons, pens, water bottles, lip balms, books, note books, etc. 

Items for raffle prizes: gift cards, movie/event tickets, books, care packages, tech products, coaching/career services, clothing, etc.
