Thank you for being willing to share your thoughts and experiences about Sanctuary! We think completing this will survey take about 15-30 minutes to complete. There are three sections and we hope you will be able to respond to all that apply to your experience. Here's what to expect.

1. Remembering your entire experience at Sanctuary, when were you most alive, most motivated and excited about your involvement? What made it exciting? Who else was involved? What happened? What was your part? Describe what you felt.

2. What do you value most about Sanctuary? What mission/purpose, programs/activities, or ways of being are most important? What are the best features of Sanctuary?

3. What aspects of Sanctuary's mission and ministry have had the most impact on you (your family's) faith, spirituality, and connection with God and/or your social and emotional wellness?

4. Concerning our relationships with each other and our fellowship - what characterizes us at our best? How would you describe those times when you have seen faith-based behaviors and qualities that have increased wellness, faithfulness, love, and unity - within the Sanctuary community and beyond?

In all of the ways we connect with the local community, the nation and the world, what do you believe are the most important and meaningful elements of Sanctuary's ministry, mission, and justice outreach? Describe those times when you believe the church was most faithful or effective in meeting people where they are and taking its mission and purpose "to the streets"? What have been your own most valuable experiences doing that?

6. What are the most valuable ways you contribute to our church’s ministry—your personality, your perspectives, your skills, your activities, your character, your resources? Don’t be humble; this is important information! Give some examples.
