Thank you for your interest in the Black Music Therapy Network, Inc.

BMTN was incorporated in 2017, to support the health and well-being of Black communities. This application is for general membership.

To qualify for general membership, all applicants must be of African descent and/or racially positioned as Black. Eligible applicants must also identify as one of the following:

1) a music therapy degree-seeking student,
2) a music therapy credential-seeking person,
3) a music therapy practitioner (currently or previously registered, board-certified, or licensed)

After your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by a BMTN member on the membership team. Applicants will receive information on application decisions via email. Upon joining the network, members will be expected to uphold the organizations' mission as established through the bylaws.
