SCRR Spring Network of Practice Peer Presentation Application April 27, 2023

Thank you for your interest in applying to peer present at our Spring Network of Practice! Our 45 minute sessions on April 27, 2023 are meant to provide the audience with an overview of what SCRR program you went to (the what), what resonated with you/your team/your community (the so what) and how you are taking the learnings and implementing, adapting, or expanding them in your own context (the now what).

This form is to help us get an idea of your vision, and we'll work with you to ensure you feel supported, safe, and ready to rock your peer presentation!

You will have an SCRR team member in your session to help host and hold the room.
