Student Court plays an important role in working with the school staff to support students who have caused harm and conflict. Student Court works with other students to resolve problems by asking restorative questions in order to reflect, repair and find solutions to the problems. Student Court does not tell students what to do or punishes them instead Student Court finds the solution that best fits to each people involved in a conflict in order to satisfy their emotional needs. Student Court cares about individuals thought and feelings, requires respect and open minds in order to success as a whole.
