GENERAL INFORMATION FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION
FEES: There is no fee to participate. Spaces are 10’ x 10’ for each vendor on Saturday, October 30. If you need more space, please let us know so we may accommodate your booth. Partial Proceed donation to Dolly's Dolly House Rescue are encouraged, but not required.


Spaces are located on Delmar Blvd, directly in front of Fitz's at 6605 Delmar. Spaces will be assigned by Dolly's Dream House Rescue. Requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

ELECTRICITY: Electricity is not available. Personal, outside, or stand-alone generators are permitted.

HOURS: Vendors must be completely set up by 10:45 a.m. and continue to sell until 4:00 p.m. Vendors may begin set-up at 9:00 a.m., not earlier, unless previous arrangements have been made. Early tear down/departure is not permitted under any circumstances.

SUBSTITUTIONS: If for any reason you are not able to attend, you are permitted to send another vendor in your place.

PARKING: There are 400+ free parking spaces in the University City parking lot directly behind 6655 Delmar.

TENTS/TABLES: Tents are not required (and are NOT supplied) but are highly recommended. All tents must be free standing (EZ-up style) and weighted sufficiently to prevent being blown away in the event of wind. Event is RAIN or SHINE. All tables and chairs brought by the vendor must fit within the space that they have rented and paid for.

TRASH: Both trash and recycling receptacles will be available on Delmar. Please pick up all of your trash before leaving the event to make sure we are invited back again for future festivals.

SAFETY & SANITATION: Masks are required to be worn by all vendors and customers at the event.
