Rambo Cambo has a 10 year head start. Every Tweet that Elon Musk posts within the initial 10 year period that is considered controversial by a majority of the population, gives Rambo Cambo an extra 6 months of time to prepare. The human sent to Mars must survive the journey. For clarity, as an example, Rambo Cambo would only have to understand HOW to calculate how fast a shuttle would need to go and at what angle to accomodate for gravitational pull. He wouldn't have to complete the exact mathematic formula for each time this was required to be calculated for the journey.
