During the 4 hour Introduction to Calibration training on June 24, 2021, school leaders will be introduced to the overall process of calibration including:
* MT EPAS Rubric Overview
* Evidence vs. Opinion
* Introduction to software, Teach Forward Align
* Post-Observation Conference through Enhanced Feedback
Location: Distance learning via Zoom and sessions will be recorded in case you miss one.
Pre-requisites:
Basic knowledge of MT.EPAS Teacher Evaluation model
Experience implementing an "instructional framework," i.e. Danielson Framework
Meets the requirement to work in a small, collaborative leader group (online)

2. Calibration Online Support Session, August, 2021 through May, 2022, $359.00
Evaluators meet in cohort groups to practice collecting evidence, rating, and planning post-observations using pre-scored video (TEACHFORWARDALIGN).
Minimum of 10 meetings typically 1 hour per meeting; Monthly or bimonthly cohort check-in; Dates and times TBD based on the cohort.
3. Summer Zoom Training for Returning Evaluators, year-long. $360.00, Summer 2022
This is a reinforcement of conferencing skills and a deep study of rubric components that observers struggle with.
4. Independent Study Support. Starts August 2021 $449.00
Offering for those who are interested in continuing practice using Teaching and TeachForward Align. Evaluators work through TeachForward Align modules on each rubric component.
Rate short pre-scored videos on each component and longer ones on all components.
The price includes the $59.00 license fee renewal because the prior year’s will have expired.
5. Calibration Certification Only. $369 Ongoing as Needed; Available Summer 2021
Requesting access to TeachForward Align calibration certification.
The price includes the $59.00 License Fee, 1 hour introduction to software, and Facilitator Support.
