The Mansfield R-IV School District provides facilities for use to a variety of organizations inside and outside of the school district. All Mansfield R-IV school activities take precedence over outside organizations.

Group A- Internal 

All Mansfield R-IV School affiliated activities, organizations, including student and staff organizations using District accounts for all accounting functions. Mansfield R-IV affiliated youth team practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. No charge, no requirements for internal events.

2. No charge for R-1 youth teams but must sign a waiver.

Group B- Non-Profit 
Non-profit organizations, civic groups, tax supported bodies, charitable groups, and institutions of higher education.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Hourly facility charge for the duration of your event.
2. Hourly personnel charges for Custodial overtime – min 1⁄2 hour each for set up and clean up.
3. Certificate of insurance.

Group C - For Profit 
Events that are for commercial, semi-commercial, group or individual gain, personal or private use of a building.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Hourly facility charge for the duration of your event.
2. Hourly personnel charges for Custodial overtime – min 1⁄2 hour each for set up and clean up.
3. Certificate of insurance.

Dates and times the facilitiy is needed. Please limit your group to two calendar reservations at a time so that multiple groups have access to facilities.  *

Rental fees:
Elem Multipurpose room $40; HS Cafeteria $40; Kitchen for either building $80; HS Gym $75; Hitting facility $40
Fees must be paid in advance of the use of school facilities. Fees are set by the Board of Education and subject to change without notice. Please type in your total owed.

Keys:
If an employee is involved in the activity or the parent of a child in the activity, you may make arrangements for them to let you in free of charge.
If keys are necessary and you do not have employee access, arrangments for keys must be made with Brad Hangar.  A key deposit will be charged ($10) but is refundable if the keys are turned in on time to the proper authority.  
If using the hitting facilities, Joe Garrison must be contacted for a code to unlock the doors.

Adult supervision:
I understand that children are to be supervised by an adult at all times when using the facility.

I understand that prior to use of facilities, I must sign a waiver as well as a rental agreement that will be kept on file in the office of the building of the facility that we are using. If the event is for a youth practice, each parent must sign the waiver.  *
