Thanks so much for considering being apart of this year's Female Energy YEAR SIX!!!!! 🥹 we are taking over the IBEW hall of Rockford on AUGUST 6TH! 11-5PM
Here's some more info before proceeding:
• This will be an all day indoor/outdoor event, you will be required to stay the entire time until the scheduled shut down time.
• You will be required to be set up an hour before the event time begins to make sure we are ready for the crowd to come. During the 2022 show we had people at the door ready to shop a half hour before the start time. If you are not set up by the hour before mark, your spot will be
forfeited! Please don't make me enforce this rule.
• Please
do not have other businesses occupying the space besides the one that you are applying for in your space the day of the event. I am OK with splitting a space but I need to know beforehand.
• If you have your own 8ft table please bring it with for your own use! We have 30 tables to lend out for the indoor spaces and chairs for up to 75 people.
• Our venue has wifi, a cash bar, A/C and electricity for vendors that need it, both indoor and outdoor!
FEE: $125 (ZELLE / CASH APP / VENMO)
*update: outdoor tent space is $100, you must provide your own canopy + sand bags/weights!!!
VENDOR PAYMENT IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDBALE, if you are unable to be apart of the event you are welcome to be apart of any upcoming vendor events. no exceptions.
