COVID-19 Safety Information: On May 5, 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared an end to the global Public Health Emergency (PHE) for COVID-19. However, COVID-19 is still prevalent to this day. As a precaution, we ask and expect all workshop attendees to refrain from attending if they feel sick to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The Houston Marriott Westchase does not require masks. Optional masks and tests will be made available by CSSI PI meeting organizers.

By attending, I acknowledge and understand that participation in this event includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19.
