- CHANGE FEES - If your corrections are being submitted after the deadline on your PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE EMAIL, late changes are subject to $20 admin fee and may not be reflected in published programs. There is no additional charge for requests submitted before that deadline. Refund Policies still apply. Send late change fees by e-transfer to summitdancechallenge@gmail.com before your changes can be applies.
- TITLE CHANGES - Studios can make your own title changes by login into your online account. Please do not include title changes on this form. Be sure to complete title updates by the Preliminary Schedule Email deadline.
- ALL OTHER CHANGE REQUESTS - We will accommodate category error fixes. As scheduling is intricate and sessions are scheduled to maximize dancer costume changes, we may not be able to accommodate requests for new performance slots or times. We can however swap entry numbers with your own piece WITHIN THE SAME SESSION. Example: Request to swap your teen jazz large group with your teen large hip hop group in the schedule. This is may be helpful for complex costume or hair changes.
